All three were truly incredible and consistently went above and beyond. Andrea specifically went to bat for me on an issue that was no fault of my own, and I cannot thank her enough for her advocacy and support. As a single female who worked incredibly hard to get my first home, having damage to my home due to my HVAC system was devastating. Andrea and Brent helped me navigate a very stressful situation and ultimately came up with a solution that made a real difference. Gordy was also excellent when he came out to my home—professional, helpful, and focused on getting things fixed properly. On the other hand, my experience with Eric, whom I spoke with directly, did not reflect the same level of service. I hung up the phone feeling shaken. As a woman who owns a successful business, I truly believe empathy and basic compassion go a very long way in situations like these. Overall, I am very grateful for the support I received from most of the Silver Tree team, especially Andrea, Brent, and Gordy, who were outstanding throughout this process.
