- MBMark BriolApr 21, 20261.0Perfection Services came out to examine my Novena unit. I was quoted a $99 minimum service fee. Service guy got here and immediately concluded the system needed additional pressure. He then spent 5 minutes adding additional air pressure. And then he charged me $399.00. That is outrageous. Honestly he was here no more than 10-15 minutes total from the time I shook his hand until I handed him the check. I am 72 years old and felt taken advantage of as a vulnerable senior citizen. Mark
