  The small cedar deck cost $30 grand. It took from February to May to build it. Staff changes, people being fired, others taking over to remedy made the process worse.one guy built the deck digging by hand in the middle of winter. He occasionally brought someone to help but his days were short. I was promised a wrap around deck and it was really not the case. You trust their measurements and it was not even close. At one point I thought the guy would drop dead with the very old fashion way of digging. He did not work for Patio enclosures he was contracted out. The interim manager was rude and not taking responsibility and had too much undertaking after employees left. Look elsewhere. 30 years ago this company did a great job building a solarium in my previous house. Never again.

  Outstanding customer service! Becky is phenomenal at communicating in a real-time manner. She also works with her customers on customer-centric solutions that ultimately work out for both sides. I appreciate her dedication to her job and her focus on why they're in business - their customers. A shout out to Kraig for his installation work and making things right for us too!

  Where to begin…Can I give 0 stars? As soon as we signed the contract, we heard nothing for 2 months. Called the bank because of lack of communication. I was to remove my deck myself to save money. Then they never even pulled the permit until the week of when it was in December in MN. I had to have them remove my deck which was insanely overpriced and took 2 guys 4 hours where they left it in my yard through Christmas. I was told it would be picked up before Christmas. We had to let out our dogs since they could not get back in on their own. Was told the project would be continued to be worked on until it was completed. Contract was signed in June, they started in December and didn’t finished until the end of May. Their electrician decided to install the electrical outlets on the outside between the handles of the door and window where would smash our fingers. Then Patio Enclosures told me I would have to pay to have them come out to move argue outlet. Chelsea also said that that’s the way they were supposed to be. On the outside and that she had a sunroom. Clean as the project manager had no idea about the project. They also installed the switch to the room on the far side where the exit was to the outside. Once I mentioned that that was against code, then they promptly changed everything for us 🙄. The contract stated they had 6 months to finish it. They offered nothing back and were well aware of our frustrations. Still had no communication through the project. They would show up with no timeline or communication when work would be done. I have never bad a project like this on my life. We were pleased with the work but the management was horrendous and not willing to anything. I mentioned several times that they should make this right over the project, but nothing was done. They took their money and finished the project. If I had a choice for 0 stars I would pick that.

  I met with Don Postle today for a quote and it was an excellent experience! Don was very knowledgeable, personable, honest, and helpful. The product is amazing and Don was able to understand what I want and show me a CAD drawing of what it would look like. Thank you!
