  John repaired my garage door on a Sunday afternoon. There was no extra charge for weekend work which I really valued as I did not need to miss work. He was punctual (even early) and finished the work in the time frame he said he would. He was personable and offered good suggestions on the product. My new garage opener works great!

  The gentleman came out and fixed the problem immediately recognized what it was and took care of it right away. I have much appreciation because I was unable to get out of my garage and he fixed it so I haven’t had any more problems with it. I think them so much.

  I called about a broken spring on my Garage door and John Pratt came out to look it over. John was very courteous and told me what parts I need and recommended new rollers as well , he also checked out my other door and said that I should replace the springs on that one too as it is the same age as the other one and that since I had some issues with it now would be the time to do it. He had to order the springs and will install them next week.

  I called Mr Spring and explained we couldn’t open the door she explained why right on the phone and got us an appointment quickly. Colton came and confirmed it was exactly what she said what the problem was. He fixed it right away and was very professional and super friendly. And a fair price. It works perfectly now.
