  Our garage door spring decided on Friday it was time to break and the door could not be opened. We called Mr Spring and Tracy was able to schedule us for the next day (a Saturday) with their technician John to come out and assess the door and determine what was needed. Less than 24 hours after we realized our predicament our garage door is working, and better than ever! John is personable, engaging, thoughtful, thorough, and he did a wonderful job of reviewing our options with us, getting the work done, and having our door back up and running. The process with Mr Spring via Tracy and John was truly an ‘open and shut’ case of great customer service and quality results! They will be our go to now and recommendation for ‘all things garage door’. Give them a chance, you will not be disappointed!

  Colton showed up, did an inspection of my broken spring and was upfront about the issues we had. Recommended a different bracket for the garage door opener arm which will hold it on the door much better. He was quick to make the repairs and did a great job. Very nice to work with. Thank you so much for rescuing my car from my garage! 100% recommend!

  Donovan the technician came out to installed our new garage motor. He did such a fantastic job! While installing, he did inspection on our garage and indicated that we would need a new replacement. Gave us a price on how much it would cost and continue installing, making sure everything was working well before leaving. He did great and would recommend him!

  John was great! The original quote he gave me was more than I could afford at that time but we figured out what was crucial to fix and what could wait. I just need e d to get the door running and John was able to get it running smoothly! Unfortunately, he was exposed to some poison ivy that I wasn't aware of, sorry John! I would've never known that's what it was . Both times I've dealt with this company has been an excellent experience!

  I had a garage spring break so called Mr. Spring. They had a technician out the same afternoon who gave a quote for the replacing the spring and also explained why he would recommend replacing a few other rusted components on the door. The price ended up being higher than I expected because of the other components, but it was very worth it as the door is closing much more quiet than it was before, and overall seems to be operating much more smoothly. The technician, Colton, was very professional, efficient, tidy, and gave me some maintenance tips as well. I would call them again for any garage door work.
