  We are beyond thrilled with the refinishing of our hardwood floors by Erskine Interiors. The workmanship is beautiful and the customer service is superior. Erskine Interiors replaced our carpets a couple years and the experience was just as wonderful. I’d highly recommend them for all flooring needs.

  HONEYMOON is over as soon as you walk out the door. This company claims to be a small business, family style hospitality and care, but it is all over when you start the process. We needed a smaller company that could fast track an installation. They said they could do this as long as we picked out a stock carpet; fine, I did that. Then when the fast tracking was suppose to start, this company took the corporate role. They had to do this and that and this and that, they couldn't accommodate us like what was promised at the time of the of first encounter. Family business, what a complete joke. I terminated the business relationship and lost a precious week of time. All the signs were there that things were only going to get worse. Run! Oh, and this company's response to negative reviews is so low-life, ghetto behavior. Take note, this company is always right and their customers are always wrong. Just look at the responses to fair to partly cloudy reviews, this ALONE SPEAKS VOLUMES!

  This week, teams from Erskine installed new stair treads and risers in our home as well as new carpet. The teams did an excellent, professional job and were were friendly, efficient and careful. Going into this, my primary concern was the final fit/finish of the steps and risers with the existing molding. I must say that the fit is perfect and that the installation was very well done. All-in-all, we are very pleased with Erskine and give them our highest recommendation.
