  I didn’t feel like it was as great as they say. We only had one maintenance scheduled for the install! But we never were scheduled for the spring, following the one year install warranty program we had with the purchase agreement! We had some technical issues within the year and had to have them come out a few times but that was part of the warranty, any issues they would come out at no cost ! But they actually seemed very annoyed and the last time they came out they said we will charge your next call ! Not sure if that was the end of our one year or not! They were not very communicative throughout the whole one year process which was a downer ! We definitely had many reschedules due to weather “issues “ the issues were a chance of rain ! Like under 30 percent chance and it was always rescheduled! Plus if it was under like 76 degrees or something a bit ridiculous. I do feel very disappointed we never were sent a scheduling for the spring of 2026 for the air conditioning tune up under the 1 year warranty! They called us late summer early September for a summer tune up ! Like it’s the end of summer ! We should of had this call early spring the least early summer ! Pretty disappointed with this company!

  New furnace and AC installation. Jon listened to my concerns , provided options and helped me select the best one for my situation. He provided a detailed estimate and timeline and delivered on both! Plus he was just a nice guy and very knowledgeable. I would recommend Apollo-they know their business and care about the customer.

  I called Apollo to get an estimate on updating my furnace, A/C, and water heater. Jon McKenzie arrived promptly as scheduled, checked out my systems, and recommended replacements that would provide a more efficient and better controlled environment than I currently have. He's very knowledgeable about the new equipment available today and their advantages, and takes the time to explain the options and their trade offs. You'll get an unbiased proposal from Jon.

  Had a heat pump and furnace installed earlier this summer as our a/c unit was ancient and our furnace was inefficient. The sales rep was nice however the quote was misleading. It makes it appear that the investment after rebates would be $3k less, but you only qualify for about half depending on your utilities. I understand the wording "up to" however, you don't actually qualify for both the heat pump and furnace rebates from both utility companies when it's truly the heat pump from one and furnace from the other company. I'm not sure how anyone could qualify for the $3k that would include 2 heat pump rebates and 2 furnace rebates. I know they don't make the rules but I found this to be deceitful when including it on the estimate as your "investment". I also wasn't a fan of the monster cans left behind and the cigarette smoking throughout the entire installation. We're still waiting on them to come put together a hunidifying piece as well. I have not seen any savings on bills yet either so may not have been worth it but I guess we'll see if that's better in the winter.

  Gas company noticed some of our old pipes were leaking and we ended up with a sudden knot of issues to untangle. Called Apollo bracing for a pretty expensive and complicated job. Plumber came to look it over and talked us through options to fix what was needed and keep costs down. While we have plans to replace the gravity furnace elephants in the room, we were hoping to have another couple years to save up for it. Efficient and great job simplifying what could have become a big series of projects. Replaced second floor gas line, repaired leaks for the first floor gas line, and replaced two end of life water heaters. Will definitely call them for our next HVAC/plumbing needs.
