  I couldn't be more pleased with the service we got from our technician Bryce B. I wasn't sure we would get serviced on such a warm day, but Bryce showed up with enthusiasm, knowledge, professionalism and was so personable! Thank you Bryce for your hard work on such a hot day! We will definitely be using Apollo again!

  Update: Our new AC unit was installed today! Wonderful customer service from the Technicians. They were punctual and worked diligently to get our new AC unit installed this morning. After install they also talked me through everything which was a big help. I will be referring Apollo to my family and friends and using them in the future. ----- I called Apollo at 4:30pm and it was HOT today! The gal that answered my phone call was insanely sweet and asked a ton of questions to figure out exactly what was going on. She dispatched Bill who showed up 30 min later!!! He diagnosed our issue, we ended up needing a new unit which we expected. Bill made the process seamless for us and we look forward to our new unit soon. Also, thank you for supporting the Military!!

  I had a new AC and furnace installed 3 weeks ago and nothing has gone right since. Four technicians have been out and nobody knows what is going on or what they are doing. After the operation check the AC is running non stop for 1 degree drop. This is so disappointing for an expensive system and all the time I wasted waiting for people to come out to "help".

  Nick was out for water heater flush that I pay for as part of my service contract with Apollo. He told me that there was a strong possibilty that the tank valve area (?) would leak afterwards due to it being plastic material and I would be responsible for the expense of fixing the leak. He gave me a dollar amount I don't recall now. I almost canceled the flush. I expected a leak, but "luckily" for me there was no leak. He answered questions I had about other plumbing related concerns. What I didn't appreciate was the push for additional services and his leaving me with doubts about my water quality. He was performing some water tests in the kitchen. Bottom line was that after he left I question if my water softener is doing its job, and wonder whether the water filter in my frig is worth it. Of course the remedy is an expensive water filtration system. He emailed me numerous quotes for work I could consider having done. I don't like doubt being planted in an attempt to sell pricey services without justification. I felt I was being setup to pay extra for this inevitable leak. And I think there's more than one way to replace a leaky old spigot that doesn't require indoor demolition and reconstruction. And Nick should keep his political views to himself. He was friendly and my dog liked him.

  I had created a plumbing problem with a shower valve and had called 2 plumbers. One didn't bother calling me back, the other kept rescheduling. When searching for another plumber I came across Apollo who also swapped out our furnace in the past and did an excellent job with it, I just didn't know they also did residential plumbing work. So I called Apollo, for my non-emergency I should say, and they were so quick a plumbing tech named Nick V was out and at my house in about an hour and a half. He was quick to make the repair, friendly, professional and also gave me some pointers for the next time I try to make my own repairs. Still, and from now on, I would not hesitate to call Apollo and ask for Nick. I'm sure their other techs are great as well. Thanks Apollo HVAC and Plumbing, top notch work!
