  They fixed my furnace, and the second tech fixed my humidifier, BUT the first tech wrongly wired my AC when trying to fix the humidifier. He wired it to be constantly on. I had to have Centerpoint come out and rewire the motherboard, as I lost confidence in Apollo and was concerned they would try to charge me to fix their mistake. The plumber did a good job, but wiring the AC incorrectly while trying to fix the humidifier is concerning.

  SCAM Furnace wasn’t working so we had an Apollo Tech come to look at it. He said he could get it working by replacing the high limit switch for $800 but he wouldn’t feel safe doing that because the heat exchanger was cracked and it would leak carbon monoxide. I was setup with a salesman the next day to sell me a new furnace. I was told I had to make a decision that day if I wanted to use the “discount” they had going on. I got a second opinion and he replaced the high limit switch for $20 (instead of $800). He also didn’t see any cracks in the heat exchanger and saw no trace of carbon monoxide with his meter. Apollo tried to scare us into buying a new furnace and pressured us into making the decision fast.

  Was a good experience had a service tech come to our home and look at our furnace for some issues we were having. The tech explained what was wrong and what our options were. We went with installing a new furnace and the tech was able to tell me about a few options to choose from and price range that would work. Apollo was able to come the very next day and install the furnace within 3 to 4 hours and leaned up any mess explained the maintenance for future. It was a great experience
