  Wang K. From Appollo Heating & Air was excellent! Our heat went out during the night. I sent text & email to get technician out. He was there @07:45 am. He replaced 1 part, went to Lennox Company to get another, replaced Thermostat, and blew out moisture from the system. He was puzzled at why it wasn't working, but did not give up. He remedied 3 problems & even showed the 89 year old homeowner the operations of the thermostat. He even gave Senior discounts. He is the best.

  We had a new boiler furnace installed. The entire crew was knowledgeable and friendly. They removed the old boiler and replaced it with a more efficient model in 4 hours. They put tarp on carpeting and cleaned up any spills. Highly recommend!

  Unfortunately, Apollo Plumbing was assigned to me through my home warranty company for a water heater replacement. I was very disappointed with how the uncovered charges were handled, specifically the permit. Apollo is charging $350 to pull the water heater permit, while my city charges $40. My home warranty does not cover permit charges, or a couple of other “needed” modifications, so the $350+ becomes my responsibility. When I questioned the amount, Apollo told me that $350 is their standard permit charge for all customers. What was even more frustrating was the lack of transparency. I asked Apollo for an itemized breakdown of the charges that were not covered by my warranty, and they would not provide one to me. I ultimately had to get the breakdown from my home warranty company. That is when I discovered how much Apollo was charging for the permit. When I contacted Apollo about it, I was again told that this was simply their standard charge for all of their customers. I understand that a company may charge administrative or service fees in addition to the actual permit cost, but I think customers should know upfront when a $40 city permit results in a $350 charge! I’m posting this mainly as a warning to other homeowners to ask for an itemized breakdown of uncovered charges.

  Tony was very professional and also personable. He came in and did his job, but also took the time to acknowledge and talk to our grandson. He had to order a part we needed which meant an extra trip back to our home so he could complete the job to fix our A/C. He was just as professional and even remembered our grandsons name and again, Tony took time to talk to him. He wore his shoe covers and left everything clean and picked up both days he was here. If we should have trouble in the future Tony is definitely welcomed at our home to do repairs. Apollo has been a great company to do business with.
