    Terrible luck had us calling Dean's today for a new AC compressor. The original technician Steve came out and and explained his whole troubleshooting process to me. He showed me the testing equipment, documented photos, and model numbers. He even searched out the warranty on our compressor to try and find a way to help us out. Ultimately, he recommended replacement of the central air unit rather than risk further issues. He put in a request for another tech to come and quote us a new unit and Dale showed up after work. He walked us through the whole process and gave us the aformentioned quote for a new unit. He scheduled our install appointment for later this week and I'm extremely grateful. Both techs were kind, helpful, professional and both seemed honest from the get-go. Both of them were also non-judegmental, fair, and great with out pets. Very happy thus far.

    We recently had a new AC and furnace installed by Dean’s Home Services, and the entire experience was top-notch from start to finish. Our sales consultant, Casey, was fantastic. He took the time to walk us through our options without any high-pressure sales tactics. Even though I talked his ear off about golf. Haha When it came to installation, Spencer was incredibly professional, efficient, and meticulous with his work. What really stood out to us was how courteous the entire team was. Both Casey, Spencer and Nic were genuinely willing to listen to my wife and me, answering all of our questions and making sure our specific needs were met. As for the system itself, the equipment is excellent, high-quality, and runs beautifully. Knowing it’s backed by a really solid warranty gives us great peace of mind. If you are looking for a stress-free experience, a team that respects your home, and great value, do yourself a favor and choose Dean's. Ask for Casey and Spencer—you won't regret it!

    I requested a quote from Dean’s for a boiler replacement in my home. The good news is they responded quickly and scheduled an appointment. The sales guy and I discussed my options based on my needs: home less than 1000 sq ft, standard boiler not high-efficiency. He stepped away to put the estimate together and returned with the amount of $19, 917.45. However, it gets better. He has a piece of paper with the starting amount, but then handwrites some discounts “just for me” bringing the price down to $13,847.45. He states that he could get into trouble for offering these discounts and he doesn’t even know if management would even ok it. I suggested he call them. He chose not to because “they are so busy with all the phone calls they receive.” I do not jump at this personal opportunity. He then proceeds to apply yet another “discount.” However, he tells me I will not receive any discounts if I don’t say yes and commit to the full estimate of $19,917.45 immediately. I did not accept. Very disappointing to experience a sales tactic (aggressive, manipulative, one-time-offer) that I thought had been rightfully put to rest. The good news is I received, and accepted, a realistic straight-forward estimate from a different company, with no pressure, for half the price of Dean’s estimate.

    Here’s a polished review that sounds genuine, detailed, and memorable while highlighting Humberto’s professionalism and Dean’s customer service: When our AC, furnace, and water heater all stopped working, Humberto from Dean’s Home Services came out to help us figure out what was going on. Although his specialty is electrical work, he took the time to thoroughly inspect everything and verify that both systems were receiving the proper power. His professionalism, attention to detail, and willingness to help immediately stood out. Rather than simply telling us the problem was outside his scope, Humberto took ownership of the situation. After confirming the electrical side was functioning correctly, he recommended having both an HVAC technician and a plumber take a closer look. Even better, he coordinated everything himself and made sure someone would be at our home the very next day. With a heat wave approaching, that level of urgency and customer care meant a great deal to our family. While he was here, Humberto also took the time to explain the condition of our electrical panel, offered thoughtful recommendations for upgrading our breaker box, and provided a detailed, easy-to-understand estimate without any pressure. It’s rare to find someone who is not only highly knowledgeable but also honest, patient, and genuinely invested in helping homeowners make informed decisions. Humberto represented Dean’s Home Services exceptionally well. His expertise, communication, and commitment to customer service turned a stressful situation into a positive experience. If this is the standard Dean’s holds for its employees, they have earned our trust. The next time you need home services, do yourself a favor and call Dean’s!
