  Thor and Joey have been absolutely amazing to work with in dealing with a few issues that we are having with our zoned heating/cooling. They always arrive on time, are friendly and personable and they explain everything in a way that we can understand. Highly recommend!

  No one wants to find themselves needing to install a brand-new air conditioner and furnace, but Advanced Heating and Air Conditioning made sure the process was the best experience it could be. Chris, in sales, was a knowledgeable sales associate with years of experience working with the equipment offered. He was genuine and personable, and at no point did I feel pressured. He answered all of my questions promptly and in detail. He truly went above and beyond, and my wife and I greatly appreciate him for that. The technicians, Kevin and Caden, were professional and a pleasure to be around throughout the entire installation day. Shane, the electrician, was great and even answered some basic homeowner electrical questions I had that were completely unrelated to the installation. Rena, from the office, was welcoming and very easy to work with over the phone. The process from start to finish was seamless, and it was clear that everyone representing Advanced Heating and Air Conditioning puts their best foot forward to provide reputable service to their community.

  John and Thor were super thorough in getting our AC fixed. They also educated us on how to maximize the efficiency of our system and save money in the process. We really appreciate their dedication and knowledge about how it all works. 10/10 would recommend this company!
