  Steve, our sales person, set us up for an absolutely awesome experience. Our windows turned out terrific. We bought the best they had to offer and it shows in so many different ways. Not only do the windows look and work great, they were priced where we needed them to be. From the initial sale, helping us to specify what we wanted and needed, from woodgrain and color match to upgrading to triple pane coated and tempered glass where required, scheduling the project by the office people, communicating the status, production of the windows, Oh, and the install process, was absolutely fabulous. We'd have Shadd and Shane the installers back any day to do it again. I have never seen anyone use a drop-cloth as religiously and maintain such cleanliness in a project this size, ever! The outdoor work and wrapping process is exquisite and right near perfect if not spot on. While buying as many windows as we did is an expensive proposition, Window World in Mankato made it seem like it isn't. And their way of taking payment made this incredibly easy. We love the windows and the way these people operate! If you need windows, these guys can and will help. Thanks to everyone at WW Mankato.

  From Steve coming out to discuss/quote the windows to Katie in the office, to the two men that came to install them the whole process was very painless. The windows came in way earlier than expected and were installed very soon after. The two man crew did a fantastic job and once gone I did a quick walk around the house to look at the end product and the guys not only had done a great job on the installation but also the cleanup once they were done. Replacing windows was a project high on the list for years and we always thought it would be such an unaffordable pain, I promise it was very smooth and I would highly recommend Window World for updating your windows and doors.

  Great communication, listened to all my (endless) questions, and were able to get the job done in a day since weather was great. Very well structured process and will definitely reach out again if we ever need to do windows again.

  We had 11 windows replaced and the service and the installers were excellent. Very efficient and didn't leave a mess.
