- KBKevin BardwellSep 19, 20231.0We had Joe Wiczek out to our place with Hallmark Rep to inspect engineered wood flooring product due to concerns that it was not as advertized (1 mm top layer thickness versus 3 mm advertized). After that we were completely ghosted and cannot get anyone to respond to our concerns. Even filed a complaint with BBB and MN State Atty General's Office, with no response from Wiczek's! Our only option now is small claims. BUYER BEWARE!

They maintained excellent communication throughout the process. Would definitely do business with them again! Edit: the flooring was gorgeous, and was a great match for the existing flooring I tied into. The finish I got from them was the best in the business, and gave a beautiful result. I literally couldn't ask for a better experience!
