  Recently tackling a few home improvements, I have several service comparisons to draw on. Jon kept me informed of his arrival and in fact was on time. He confirmed his expectation of the call and listened to my response. Jon was very respectful, took time to explain every step as well as addressing my questions. He reviewed his assessment and was helpful to assist me in next steps. While I have been less than impressed with service reps of late, Jon earned 5 Stars on behalf of Aquarius and was far above the other 4 companies we’ve met with this month. Thank you Jon!

  We recently had Aquaris Services replace the filters for our drinking water filtration system, and we are very happy with the experience. Rabuigi Washington did an absolutely excellent job from start to finish. He arrived right on time, maintained a highly professional demeanor, and took the time to explain exactly what he was going to do. His installation work was incredibly clean, organized, and efficient. Rabuigi takes great pride in his craft, as he went above and beyond to ensure everything was running perfectly before he left.

  Anthony came out and serviced our Kinetico system and recommended a rebuild and went above and beyond as we decided to go with a new system so he was able to have Jennifer out here a few hours later and she walked through everything with us and gave us a fair deal so we went with a new system. 2 days later Alex came out and took out our old system out and installed the new system and was very thorough with everything he was doing just like Anthony did. I highly recommend Aquarius to everyone as their professional and friendly staff are amazing!

  Tom did a great job installing a replacement Kinetico water system (softener), and new whole house UV and under sink RO system. As part of the work, he re-plumbed the kitchen sink cold water line so that the cold was soft. All the work was done neatly, he cleaned up after his work entirely. He took time to review the install and how the components worked and gave a quick overview of maintenance tasks and steps. All documentation was verified as present. I will use Aquarius again. I would recommend Tom specifically.

  Sawyer and Matt showed up today to assist with a leak in our rental unit. We have only ever received 5 star service from Aquarius and today was no different. They were pleasant to talk to, personable and most of all knowledgeable about the product. They brought a mat to the door to wipe their shoes on and put booties on immediately once inside the home. They were respectful of my space and me and I appreciate that. They walked me through what were they going to do and what they found. They addressed the issue quickly, fixed it,and also tested the water without being asked. We use Aquarius for multiple services and I would choose them time and time again. Kudos to both Sawyer and Matt!
