  From our Sales guy, Brian M, and our technician Colton T. our experience was above expectations. They were able to get us in the same day. We received text messages and a phone call with arrival time notifications along with a fun little intro text. Once here Colton got to work and checked in with us about any questions we had along the way. He left the basement cleaner then when arrived! The entire team was courteous, helpful and honestly just fun! The installation of the kitchen faucet was expertly done. A high degree of craftsmanship was used not just with the faucet, but running the water line to the refrigerator. The actual water softener system was done so well, it even looks aesthetically pleasing! All of the connecting tubing are securely tied in place and are tidy. Thank you for making this process so easy! Before they left they answered all of our questions, and made sure we knew the next steps. Great job!

  Alex arrived on time and began right away removing the old system and began installing the new system complete with no leaks or issues whatsoever. Very pleasant to talk to and he showed us how the system works along with the RO unit operation and the filters in the unit and location of each. Very efficient and cleaned up after delivery of salt when finished

  Our technician, Ben Koehler, was exceptional. He told us what he was going to do today, asked us if we had any concerns and listened carefully to what we said. He did his work very thoroughly and efficiently. On top of it all, he assisted with coordinating a follow up repair appointment. Friendly, efficient service that can't be beat! Thanks Ben!

  Aquarius reached out to me to see if I would like to have them come out to evaluate our water system. Since this was something that I had been meaning to do, I didn’t hesitate to have them come. The service professional, who arrived on the very next day, was Jon Anderson. Jon was totally professional, knowledgeable, and personable. He was thorough in his evaluation and offered options as to how to get the system back up and running correctly. The work was performed that same day, as all of the parts and equipment needed were on hand in Jon’s van. I can’t recommend Jon, or Aquarius, highly enough. This was the kind of service that a person always hopes for, but rarely experiences.

  We had a problem with carbon from the dechlorination tank (of our water softening system) showing up in our toilet tanks and the discharge water from the softener. Nathan started by giving us a plan for what he was going to do to identify the problem. Then he tested our water, inspected the toilet tanks and discharge drain, and thoroughly inspected the water softening system, checking and evaluating all components. It took some time to complete this work, but Nathan was determined to fix the problem. After consulting with a few of his fellow senior techs, he presented us with a possible solution to the problem, and a backup plan in case the first solution does not work. After five days, it appears that the first solution is working, but it is still too early to be sure. Nathan was cordial and very helpful throughout the entire visit. He took the time to answer all my questions (and I had a lot) and explain things in detail. I would definitely recommend Nathan.
