  Technician Cory Blatz and his *partner (my memory is so poor, I wish I could remember his name) contacted me with an estimated arrival and were prompt as expected. Both gentlemen were professional and knowledgeable regarding our Kinetico products. Both kept me informed of their progress. They also observed an equipment warranty issue and let me know right away that they would replace the parts right away. Cory and his partner went above my expectations to fix everything today! Thank You guys!

  Colton Was very professional and contacted me when he was on his way. He found an issue with our water softener, which could’ve led to the system not providing us with soft water and quickly fix the issue while he was here for our regular maintenance. I highly recommend Aquarius and I’ve been doing business with them for several years.

  Wyatt did an excellent job servicing our Kinetico water softener system. Great communication skills, very knowledgeable, and patient on explaining what he was doing, what he found, and what he did to fix the issue. He also took the time to look at preventative maintenance and gave me a timeline of what to expect regarding troubles I could encounter in the up coming future. He delivered a great service experience! Well done Wyatt!

  Joe is really a professional Water treatment analyst is not a water repair man. He is above that it should be moved to a management position in my judgment because he is very knowledgeable very forthright very kind and very thoughtful. I was very fortunate to have him for my service call today if I could give more than five stars, I certainly would.   A master plumber from Aquarius assessed a small leak under my kitchen sink and provided an estimate that was shockingly high relative to what seemed to be the problem. I decided to get a second opinion from a smaller, but reputable plumber. He looked at everything, reviewed the issue, and was able to fix the problem easily-- saving me thousands of dollars! I don't know if the Aquarius plumber was unnecessarily thorough in his estimate, if he was trying to upsell me to the tune of thousands of dollars, or he was just incompetent, but it has made me extremely wary of Aquarius's business practices. If you utilize Aquarius, I highly recommend a second opinion!
