  The technician that came to our home was Nick. He did an excellent job in doing a furnace maintenance check being very thorough and you can tell he takes pride in his work. I felt more secure after he was done and discussed the health of our furnace. I also appreciated he shared how long he's been with the company and enjoys it. I am happy to support businesses that take care of their employees. I highly recommend this business for the work that was completed, the professionalism of the technician and the helpful online coupons. Thank you, Nick!!

  Moved to a new home few months ago that has a totally different water system than what we have been used to. So thankful that we had Aquarius come out to help ease our minds and teach us about our water system. Tech Shawn Ross is wonderful, highly recommend him. His knowledge about the water system is nothing short of amazing. We will be using them for all our water system needs and furnace/water heater needs. Thank You Aquarius for being a company we have come to trust.

  I am very impressed with Aquarius Home Services’ outstanding customer support for our Kinetico Water System (softener and tannin units for super hard water) during my first service call as a new customer. Cole conducted the initial checkup and demonstrated excellent customer service by answering all my questions. He identified a minor leak in a drain tube and, with my permission, called an advanced technician to verify his findings and fix the issue. Brock confirmed Cole’s diagnosis and completed the repair. He was also very informative about the company and its services without pressuring me to buy additional products. Their friendly, professional customer service exceeded that of other service providers I have encountered over the past 30 years. I highly recommend this company as an AAA+++ company. Another point worth noting is that we have had this Kinetico Water System softener for 10 years. This was the first time we had it serviced. This should stand as a testament to the quality of the equipment this company sells.

  All their ppl are top notch! Ali, water purity, Josiah, master plumber and sales, and Andrew, installer of water purification system. Our water system now is AMAZING! My hair is fluffier and not so frizzy, Andrew and Josiah had great ideas for streamlining. Ali helped me arrange financing which made all this possible, and our dog is drinking way more water!! When I set her water bowl down w bottled water next to the treated water it was no contest! She favors the treated water (Kinetico system) WAY more, and no tapering over. Hat's off to Aquarius!!

  We’ve used Aquarius for our water softener service for a while now, and they’ve been good. Every visit it’s the same: swap the filter, bring the salt, test the water for softness. In and out, no drama. The techs are friendly, easy to talk to, never try to push extra stuff on you. My one gripe, every visit they walk you through what they’re doing with a page of pictures, like I’m a kid in a doctor’s office waiting room. I get it’s probably helpful for someone who’s never dealt with a water softener service before, but after the first couple visits, I just want them to talk to me like a normal person and skip the picture book. Otherwise, good service. Reliable, zero complaints on the actual work.
