We chose Aquarius Home Services for a new RO system because our existing system, while still working after 12 years, was no longer performing the way it should. After calling for a quote, we learned that the Kinetico K5 system would be a major upgrade, so we decided to move forward.
We have had a couple of issues with the new system, which has been frustrating, especially after investing in an upgraded product. But what matters most to us is how a company shows up when things do not work as expected. Reliable products and high customer service standards after the sale can be hard to find these days, and Aquarius has shown us they take both seriously.
Everyone we have worked with has been responsive, empathetic, and committed to making the situation right. Rose in scheduling and intake was helpful and professional coordinating appointments and communication. April in customer service listened, acted fast, and clearly cared about helping resolve the situation appropriately.
Hannah was terrific during the first service visit. She was professional, capable, and got our system back up and running.
When the same issue returned, Chris came out and was outstanding. He communicated clearly, explained what he was going to do, and took a thorough, methodical approach. Problems are not always black and white with technical systems, and with RO systems, things are not always obvious right away. Chris did not assume the issue was fixed after one check. He tested, double-checked, and retested to make sure the system was working properly.
He was honest, down to earth, respectful, and very easy to work with. We also appreciated the strong communication around the appointment itself, including updates, service window, and pre-call.
Things can go wrong with any product. What builds trust is whether a company listens, responds, stands behind its work, and takes action. Based on our experience with Aquarius, Rose, April, Hannah, and especially Chris, that is exactly what they did.
Trust and continued business are earned, not given. I do not normally write reviews, especially without more long-term data beyond the original purchase and installation. But when a company makes you feel heard, respected, and treated like family, there is never a reason to go anywhere else.
