  Baylee came for my yearly Kinetico Water System Maintenance. Checking the water/checking over the system/disinfecting/ replacing filters. Delivering Salt! Baylee was very personable, efficient, and advised/explained how the system checked out. All is good! Good for another year! Thanks, Baylee!

  We've been a customer since 2006 with a water softener system. We recently needed some additional work done with heating, plumbing and water testing. Everyone who has been here over the last several weeks was exceptional! We recently just became members of the HVAC maintenance plan. From the customer service call center to the technicians that have been out, it has been a wonderful experience!

  Kevin Schwitters was amazing. He came out on Monday to assess our water heater situation (leaking from bottom on previous Saturday and even though I called to get someone out, it dis not happen). Kevin went above and beyond to make sure we got a replacement water heater thecsame day, even canceled his doctor appointment to get it done for me. Mike, from White Bear, came at the call for help and came out to help Kevin remove old one and bring in new. Grrat guy. I woukd hirecMike in the future! Kevin worked quickly to get the water heater hooked up and working. I would give these two guys 5 ⭐ s. Thanks to all who made this happen.

  Everyone from Aquarius was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable in what they were doing. I worked with 5 different men from the company and they all were very easy to work with, had great experience and communication, and explained every step in the process of what was done. I have worked with a couple companies regarding my furnace and Aquarius has to be the best, and will definitely be who I continue to go to for my business! Thank you to Cory M, Aaron N, David H, Luke, and Eric S for all your hard work in getting my furnace and AC replaced and everything in between, you guys do amazing work!
