  I was able to get an appointment within a few days of calling regarding a plumbing issue. I love their texting notices of “on my way”, estimated arrival, and background info on the technician! Micah at Aquarius was on time, communicated well, identified the issue, had the needed part on his truck, and fixed the problem within an hour. Great service, as always!

  Hello people my experience with Aquarius has been nothing but good they have been out to our home several times and have done excellent work on our Kinetico water systems. They are straight forward with their pricing and I have always felt that they are a great value . Dustin Schuldt was out a couple of days ago and treated us with a great deal of respect as he completed some warranty work to our 20 year old Kinetico water softener. These folks will earn your business quickly because they stand out has one of the best in the Twin Cities . Thank You Bryan Burgoyne

  Aquarius was amazing. They came out on time, contacted me when they were close to my house. I knew exactly who was coming. We talked a bit, then he looked over the equipment. After we talked about what would work best and he gave me an estimate. This wasn’t the first company we had come out so we talked through my other estimate and then we git a better price and we have booked to get a new furnace and air conditioner. They were even able to install the next day. We just weren’t able to do that. They will be installed a week after they came to visit.

  When an Aquarius representative called me after seeing my request for help with our Pentair Fleck water softener on Angi, they verbally confirmed with me that their company does work with that brand. We waited almost a week for a technician to come to our home and assess the problem. However, after the technician arrived and took an hour to look at the appliance, he informed us that Aquarius does not work with Pentair and he could not diagnose the problem. He also had no way of getting parts for that brand of water softener. This company wasted our time by even scheduling a technician to look at a water softener they could not repair. We waited a week for nothing. Buyer beware. They are not honest. You're better off scheduling with another company that isn't in the business of wasting people's time.

  I was so happy with the services of Aquarius! My Kinetico water system is 22 years old and my water quality had deteriorated so I called for service. I was certain that I would have to buy a new system. Two gentlemen came to check out the system, Jon and Kevin. Their test was very thorough. They reviewed the details of my water issues and explained some changes to my existing system! I don’t have to buy a new water system! Their explanations were clear to us and informative! One thing that was especially convenient was that they brought newly re-bedded resin tanks with them to swap-out! No need to take ours out to haul somewhere, wait to be re-bedded and returned at a later date! Extremely convenient! Now, we understand things we never knew about the problems, the adjustments and how out 22 year old water system can last us far longer….with clear, clean, pure water we have been used to for so many years…and years to come. We signed up for an annual service plan. Very convenient for us in our mid 70s. I was surprised to learn that Aquarius offers services for other utilities that we have at a very reasonable maintenance price! We have a Navien Combi-Boiler. It heats water instantly as it is needed…no big hot water tank or boiler. Anyway, that needs servicing every year and we didn’t know who to call. We signed up for the annual servicing and today Chris with Aquarius, came and tuned it all up. Great! We also have Mini-Split warming and air conditioning wall units (4). There are 2 Condenser units that sit outside. My concern was that dust, plant debris, leaves and grass that blows around can get caught in the condensers. No consumer accessible parts! I noticed that Aquarius services the Mini-Split units and Condensers! Long story short…we no longer have to be concerned about the maintenance of these units. My husband and I are so pleased that utility maintenance for several utilities are in perfect running order, covered by very affordable maintenance agreements, all through Aquarius! All we have to do is set-up the dates for service for the year. The Aquarius service maintenance people have been wonderful, knowledgeable, informative and personable! 5 STARS out of 5 STARS As I said before, we are in our mid-70s and now we are DONE with these maintenance concerns!!
