  Bill and Cooper from MBC are great! After strong winds had blown off some of our shingles, they came out the same day to seal it up before an expected winter storm was to hit. Their prompt response and follow-through, along with their professionalism and great customer service, makes Minnesota Building Contractors a trusted and reliable contractor.

  We had some hail damage in the area and noticed neighbors getting new roofs, so I wanted an honest opinion on the condition of our roof and windows. I met Bill at the Home Show and asked if he can come give me his opinions on my roof and windows. Bill came out, made a quick and easy repair to one of our windows, and thoroughly inspected both the roof and windows. He was honest and told us everything was in good shape and didn’t need replacing. Really appreciated the honesty and professionalism—highly recommend! – Shane Rochester, MN

  Minnesota Building Contractors was a great choice for our roof replacement. JD and his team were quick and courteous and did a phenomenal job from start to finish. We needed some mold taken care of on the inside beams and they went above and beyond to clean that up for us as well. I would absolutely recommend them!

  I was having water intrusion issues on my second story and wasn’t quite sure what the cause was - old wood soffit and fascia needing to be replaced, incorrectly installed drip edge, poorly installed roofing or all the above. Bill took the time to listen to my concerns and review the home thoroughly. He has also done this for me in the past when other issues have come up, with zero pressure to use his business. Bill came up with a plan to address all of the issues, without price gouging. His team did a wonderful job bringing the character and charm back to the home by replacing the wood soffit and fascia to maintenance free, replacing the wood gables to maintenance free shaker siding, replacing the drip edge and addressing the roofing issues causing the water issue. I couldn’t be happier with the results and will definitely use them again for future projects!

  Our 30-year-old sliding patio door was sticking in its track and not latching shut. Bill removed the door, cleaned years of dust and grime from the track and channel, thoroughly cleaned and lubricated the tracking wheels and wheel housing, and then carefully adjusted the wheels to get the door perfectly snug and smooth-rolling. We’ll go with Minnesota Building Contractors if we ever need new windows, siding, or roofing, because Bill is everything you want in a contractor: skillful and thorough. We are really happy.
