- BSBrenda ScheerJun 17, 20265.0I was so surprised---when I called to report/check on an outage that the phone was answered by a real person! Not only that but a real person who had a status to provide to me! Not sure if this is still true today but certainly made me feel good when I called.

We were impressed with the communication between the three men to make sure the job was done safely. Thanks MVEC for taking care of this so quickly.
- TSTom StruckMay 7, 20265.0I had a water heater that developed a leak and needed to be replaced. Our Electric company Minnesota Valley was extremely helpful in lining up a replacement at a reasonable price. If you need a water heater be sure to call them. Mike Rohr was my expert contact.
