  Stay away from Wolf River Electric!! They will win you over with a lower upfront price but you will pay for it for years to come. Their service is simply terrible. We have a 39.4 kW system installed about 5 years ago. A very large system. We made them aware of our problem in May. It is now into August and the problem is still not fixed. Their communication is terrible. Our system required four inverters and an RSD for these inverters. It is clear that the installation was done wrong as somehow water must’ve gotten into the system and appears to have caused a short and fried the inverters and somehow destroyed the RSD’s in the process. Nothing is under warranty five years in and all of this is out-of-pocket. Not to mention three summer months without producing solar energy and it is one broken promise after the next to get it repaired. Take your business elsewhere and save yourself a headache. DO NOT do business with Wolf River Electric.

  Wolf River Electric stepped in and was able to take over our solar panel project and get it completed. They were great to work with and were very helpful in getting our project done in a timely manner.

  Great detail heading into the installation. Explained everything during the process. Installation was easy and created no issues. At every step of the way, Wolf River was ready to answer my questions and let me know what next steps were. Getting our first electrical bill covered completely by solar power was a thrill! Would recommend this company for anyone interested in taking the jump!

  I had a great experience with Wolf Electric installing my solar panels. Everything went smoothly from start to finish. The team was professional, communicated well throughout the process, and the installation was completed without any issues. They answered all my questions and made the whole experience easy. I would definitely recommend Wolf Electric to anyone considering solar panels!

  Our solar system was designed and installed nearly 5 years ago and we are very disappointed in it. It was designed to generate 14 megawatts a year but it never achieved much more than 10. The last two years have been less than ten. Wolf River designed a system for us that put 7 of our 37 panels in the total shade of a neighbor’s oak tree, and those panels generate almost nothing from spring to fall. We would put solar on our house again in a heartbeat but not with Wolf River. Giving this review 2 stars instead of 1 because we do have SOME solar generation going on.
