  They sent Michael out here and got my dehumidifier/purifier working again fast. Afterwards he help me see how much my house settled since last visit and talked me though plans to get it fix.

  Michael Bowers from Groundworks came out for our annual inspection, and the experience was fantastic. He arrived right on time, was extremely friendly, and provided on-the-spot quotes for some additional work I inquired about. His recommendations were spot-on, and he explained everything thoroughly without being pushy at all. If Michael is your service technician, you are in great hands!

  Michael came out to do our annual inspection. He did a fabulous job very thorough and ,personable . He took his time was respectful of our property. It took pride in We have been very pleased with the drain tile and waterproofing they did in our basement. I would highly recommend Groundworks

  Chad Johnson stopped by to take a look at a water ingress issue. While the solution ended up being outside of the scope of what Groundworks does, Chad was knowledgeable and kind, and gave us great information to help us feel more informed. I recommend him highly.

  Unfortunately, my experience with Groundworks has been extremely disappointing. I hired Groundworks expecting professional workmanship and compliance with the contract. Instead, the project has been marked by poor communication, property damage, incomplete work, and unresolved permit issues. Among my concerns: The work performed did not match the scope of work I contracted for, and no written change order was provided or signed. My property was damaged during the project, including holes in my siding, ruts in my yard, grease and damage to my basement door, and marks on my basement walls. The sump discharge and other portions of the installation remain incomplete or were not completed as represented. The City inspector has refused to close the permit because the work remains deficient. Despite these issues, Groundworks accepted my final payment. I have documented the defects with photographs, obtained repair estimates, and have formally notified Groundworks in writing by certified mail, giving them the opportunity to cure the deficiencies as required under our contract. I remain willing to work toward a reasonable resolution, but at this point my confidence in Groundworks has been significantly damaged. I expect the company to honor its contractual obligations, properly repair the damage, complete the work as contracted, obtain final permit approval, and make me whole. I hope Groundworks' management takes this feedback seriously and resolves these issues promptly and professionally.
