  Had Groundworks install a drain tile system and it works great. Right before my annual inspection I had an alarm whistle that would go off every time the pump activated. My technician Amadou Cisse was able to diagnose the problem and spent more time fixing the issue than what he likely had budgeted for his day but I was extremely thankful for his knowledge, patience and determination and he did it all with a smile. Would definitely recommend them

  Your representative, Dan Olson, was wonderful to work with. Everything went smoothly he explained his findings and recommendations exceptionally well took care of scheduling a future date for the work to be done within a reasonable time frame before he left. Dan represents your company well. You don't find every day someone who has his integrity, professionism, knowledgable, swift to get things done, good communication skills and pleasant to work with. Thank You Dan and Thank You Groundworks for sending Dan to make sure things will go well. He gave me the confidence that everything will go well with the installation.

  We just wanted to let you know that we had our driveway and sidewalk raised on Oct. 13th, 2026 Mark F and Shelby started the process and worked so hard and long that day and did a great job. Then on Oct 17th Mark F and Scott H came back to complete finishing the driveway and sidewalk sealing all cracks and they worked hard all day and it turned out so good and Mark made sure that we were happy with the completed job, it looks great and I can't say enough of how friendly, polite, and caring they are and we would definitely recommend you all to anyone, we are so very happy how everything from the estimator to the finished job went, Thankyou very much!!!!

  We wanted a quote for leveling our 100+ year old garage. An appointment was set for the next day! Dan Olson arrived early and gave us a quote not only for the garage, was happy to suggest other improvement opportunities for our driveway and basement. Even though we decided not to have the work performed, Dan demonstrated clear communication and professionalism then, and later in emails. His well-engineered suggestion convinced us that we will likely use Groundworks for a future project and will refer friends and neighbors to your company.

  Technician Ricky O. was awesome! Very knowledgeable and did a great job servicing our home. Simplified his findings and broke down the process and options available to us. What I appreciated the most was his thoughtfulness of cleaning up the equipment he was servicing handing it back over to us looking new like the day we had it first installed. That shows a lot of pride in his craft and treated our home as if it was his own. Thank you Ricky!
