  My daughter said this is a must! No bottled water, microplastics are real. I’ve been hearing more and more about microplastics at work, I work in the health field. I filled out the inquiry form with TriCounty- a lovely lady called me that early afternoon, answered all my questions. Within a week Colby came over had ZERO pressure sales, different ways to pay, several options. He walked me thru my home and explained how water comes in, different pipes, city water, hard water, soft water, etc…. That alone should’ve costed. He tested my water which was a lesson in itself as well. I was sold and we had a plumber within 3 days to install. John showed up and talked me thru everything once again, he installed the equipment and tested the water once installed and since I had the results from Colby’s visit I seen the difference and absolutely tasted the difference in the water! I’m overjoyed to finally have a Reverse Osmosis system in the home and would only go thru TriCounty- EXCEPTIONAL from beginning to end! I will not be shy about making another review after the honeymoon period but so far- AMAZING and highly recommend 💧

  The staff come to my house for clean water and water softener installation are very professional and respectful. They explain and shows us everything. We are happy to have them. Thank you
