  New water softener installed today. Sales person reponded quickly and they were able to install same week. They also installed my previous system back in 2000. Always have had great service from them. Would recommend.

  Purchased the drinking water system through Costco and I am thrilled. Yes I have become a water snob because the water is soooo good. I only buy water bottles if I am out and have to. Otherwise I fill them from home to reuse. The representative was very knowledgeable, no hard sell, let me choose the options and added the electrolytes filter so I save on adding that daily to my water source. Just had my 1st filter replacement and they helped fill my water softener that needed crystals saving me a trip to Costco which always leads to more purchases. Dave was in professional and very good at teaching me how to change the filters on my own. He left with me feeling very confident that I now know how to- 1st service trip was included in the install😊. Why have I been filling my fridge with water pictures all of these years 🤦‍♀️

  I mistakenly called the Hutchinson office. I was attempting Prior Lake. The wonderful woman in Hitch helped me out tremendously. She put my name and address on file line. She sent everything I was in need of and hoped next time I reached Prior Lake office. Honestly she was so kind and accommodating that I would gladly speak with her on my next order. It’s wonderful to speak to kind people! Thank you Tri County Water Conditioning MN

  Working with Tri County Water was so easy. They came out and accessed the issue right away. Our iron filter hadn’t had maintenance in years and needed attention. They rebed the filter and replaced valves and seals… all back to new and the water smell is gone. As they said… the media bed in the iron filter was goo.

  I’m so impressed with TriCounty Water, they have exceeded expectations every time we have had the pleasure of dealing with them. We had two very nice young men come and hook up our RO system today,they were polite professional and thorough! We had a leak, nothing they did but they came right back and helped and stayed long enough to clean up and possibly figure out the problem. I didn’t know but Tri County also does hot water heaters and can be used for all your plumbing needs, I will definitely use them when we need more plumbing!! Cole and John were our service professionals, fantastic!!!
