  I have had so many bad experiences with water companies and their false promises. Colby did not high pressure sell and offered factual evidence that Tri-County offers an excellent product. Their technician, Dave was also great. He protected our floors, explained the installation and product in detail by sharing actual examples of their product superiority. He walkers through how to use the product in depth. Overall, Colby and Dave were Great!!!

  Had a great experience with Mark. Super knowledgeable and professional. Our issue turned out to just be a programming issue after the last power outage. He explained all the settings. Thanks Mark!

  The crew is always on time and friendly. Reasonably priced and saves me from hauling heavy bags of salt down a flight of stairs. So convenient!
