  Tri County has amazing service and very knowledgeable service techs. They installed our water softener and osmosis system 4 years ago and most recently serviced our water heater by replacing a valve and doing a full drain. Super happy with this business and their excellence for customer satisfaction.

  We trusted the reviews and paid premium prices for the peace of mind of working with a top-notch company; instead we got a headache. They needed to come back 3 times in the first 2 months after installation. Once because a part was defective, and twice because there was water leaking over our basement floor from the bypass they installed. Colby told us they would make things right but has been jerking our chain ever since. They didn't even evaluate for water damage. Cannot recommend.

  I just had my water softener replaced after 33 years. Tri County Water Conditioning has been my water softener company for a very very very long time LOL. I've always been able to count on them for very fast efficient service every time. Everyone I've ever been in contact with in this company have been the very nicest and their number one priority has always been the customer (very rare these days). Tri County, thanks for giving me my soft water back!
