Travis came to do an inspection of our furnace. He was extremely professional, friendly and knowledgeable. He explained everything he was doing and the results of what he did. Would highly recommend him and this company.

Levi was friendly and answered all our questions. We would be happy to have him come again. (Yearly furnace maintenance. We appreciated your call to set up the appointment.)

I had a routine furnace maintenance done. Service was quick and efficient. Elija even helped me get my gas fireplace going (it was new to me). He answered all my questions and was very personable and patient. I joined the Comfort Club for a very reasonable price, so maintenance call was free.

Mitch was very kind and thorough with his response inspection of our furnace. He also checked out our garage heater and noticed they should be cleaned up for the season. As well. Mitch was training when he came to inspect our furnace. He seemed like he care and wanted to learn.

Able to get a quick appointment to clear a root clogged sewage drain common in the neighborhood. Richard was so patient and explained everything in detail including an on the spot price quote which was very fair. He had to return twice in the same day and didn't charge extra for that. He also spent a lot of time explaining how to keep the drains clear in the future. Office staff and frequent text communication was great so we knew exactly when he would arrive. They even included a picture of him for safety and security. Strongly recommend Craig's for all your heat and plumbing needs.
