    I am president of a 28 unit Townhome Association and we have used Nugent Sealcoating for a number of years for various jobs. This year we had them remove and replace our driveways and visitor parking areas. The crew was exceptional in all ways ... professional, informative when I asked questions, cleaned up the areas very well and were generally just great to work with. All the driveways look GREAT There was one exception to the quality of the work. One driveway had a couple blemishes (excessive diesel in mix and looked like big oil spots). Bruce (sales Rep) got Randy (owner), to come out and look things over. Randy ensured me the integrity of the asphalt was fine and the "blemishes" would go away with time. He said he would come back out in the Spring and if it was not gone, he would look at replacing the driveway. I trusted what he said about the integrity of the asphalt, it was just the big "oil spot" looking areas I didn't like in a brand new driveway. A few days after randy and had talked and decided a game plan, I got a call from Randy. He said the crew would be back out in the next couple days to replace the driveway!!! It was unexpected but I was very grateful. And just a couple weeks ago the association had Nugent do some crack sealing and patch work on our roads. All of the dealings our association has had with Nugent, as well as their staff and crews, has been very professional and fair. I would highly recommend them for any and all of your asphalt/concrete work.

    Nugent installed asphalt driveways and concrete aprons on 72 units of our townhouse development. The concrete installers splashed concrete onto the garage doors and walls. It has now been 15 months and they do not have the chemicals to clean up the mess they left behind. They said they would be here today, but sent an asphalt installer to say it will be next week before they can get to this, we will see if they actually show up, I'm guessing they won't. The followup service is nonexistent and the company has been very clear that since they have been paid in full they are done with us.
