  Overall really smooth experience with a full system replacement. Joe and Nate were both excellent. They gave straight answers to all my questions and didn’t waste my time with a pushy sales pitch.

  Showed up on time. Performed free system check as promised. Did not try to sell us anything. Provided estimates when requested. No pushy follow up. Nice, informative technician.

  HCHA is fantastic! They are prompt, talented, friendly, diligent, and reliable. Plus, they are reasonably priced and don't try to "upsell" you stuff. They just do the best job possible and tell it like it is. It's a pleasure working with a company you can trust and rely on.

  Chad came out to do an electrical inspection and was super thorough and helpful. Great communicator and walked me through every thing. Lucas was also helpful with follow up and communication. Thanks!

  I had a great experience with my furnace / AC service. Bob was personable, professional, and took the time to explain what he was checking and how I could get the longest life out of my system. It was a very smooth process and gave me peace of mind that the HVAC in my new home is in good operating condition. I would definitely recommend them and plan to use them for any future maintenance and repairs.
