  Edit 2: I'll take you at your word and give you the benefit of the doubt and set my rating back up to the original 3 stars. Nothing really to fix, this was more an attempt to share with other customers my experience (and my original review being missing is what prompted this harsh review) as that is the purpose of a platform like this so that they can make informed decisions. Sounds like y'all are taking the right steps, so I'll leave y'all to it. Have a wonderful 2024 :) --- --- Edit for context after the owner responded to my blank 1 star review: I am a customer from a quite few years ago, and yes, I don't attach my personal info like name and location on any social media. So I can see how I may be mistaken for a fake account. I had some down time and reviewed a few businesses I had interactions with over the past seven years. If the owner dug a tad deeper they would also notice I just left a review for erberts and gerberts. An unrelated business unless this garage company is selling sandwiches now. Idk. Anyhow, quite a few years ago I had a minor dispute with this particular garage company. I left a modest review, but not great (3 stars, seemed fair for the not greatest of service I got) and made the personal choice to not use this company any more and use their competitor for future service calls. (I have many garages in my line of work. So I do actually call a handful of times a year from garage companies from Grand rapids all the way to Duluth.) Anyways, as I was reviewing erbs and gerbs I got to scrolling Google to view all my old reviews and I had noticed my 3 star review got scrubbed, and It kinda looks like other less favorable reviews may of been scrubbed as well. Now I dunno if this is a Google being Google error and randomly deleting reviews, or if this company is putting in requests to have reviews pulled down, but kinda feels like the latter. My original review was very fair, respectful, was honest and to the point, not soliciting for any competitors. So I made the assumption that I was reported as a "fake user" as I am being called now, and just said to myself "whelp, guess I'll just slap a 1 star and call it a day since they don't want my 3 star" And couldn't be bothered to leave a written review. I have since moved onto one of this companies competitors for the hibbing area and they have been more than fair to me and thought at the same time I'd praise them for their good work. Having had my old review somehow removed/deleted, I simply figured this one would get reported as well and anything I say will be ignored anyways, so why explain the situation? But since I got such a quick response, I figured I'd type up a book fer ya to enjoy. Anyhow. Have a great night. o7

  This is an excellent company. We needed four (4) overhead doors; each for a specific purpose. Jeff's experience with design, function, technical requirements and installation really helped clarify our project needs. The product is excellent, competitively priced and installed by a professional team. We are totally satisfied and highly recommend Jeff C., Dynamic Garage Door. Five Stars.
