Levi was honest in his appraisal and clearly knowledgeable on the subject matter of my issue in pointing out what to look for as well as less-obvious signs the damage may have been more widespread than it appeared. He provided me an estimate later that day and he and his team were in working on it the following morning. Levi was communicative throughout the process and work was done two days ahead of schedule. In all I was relieved to have an expert working on my issue and glad I gave him a call.
