  My fireplace was intermittently failing and I had them out for repairs. Unfortunately it didn't fail while the tech was here but he fully explored possible reasons for the failure. I definitely will have them back when it starts acting up again. The technician Robert was outstanding and honest. I have used them before with the same professional interaction as today.

  Matt did a great job of cleaning our fireplace and getting it ready for the season. He cleaned all the embers around the gas outlets and removed the rocks to clean under them. He repaired parts of the rope around the edge of the glass that was frayed and made sure everything was working properly.

  Electrical switch box replacement, light socket replacement, ceiling light fixed, upgraded 2 place socket to 6 sockets with USB ports, dimmer installation... Excellent communication & service, amenable, on-time, superseded my expectations. Won't go anywhere else in the future!

  We are so HAPPY with our new fire place! Jason and staff did a fantastic job from initial quote to full install! The installers were fast, professional, and came on time! We look forward to using the fire place for years to come.

  The technician was very polite & explained what he was doing. He took apart the entire fireplace looking for issues, then cleaned every piece and put it back together. Now I know it's clean and I have peace of mind it is operating correctly.
