We have had our countertops for about four weeks now and absolutely love them. Their seam work is pristine, almost so invisible to the eye that I tend to lose where it is. Their granite sealing process is extensive and it shows. I have not had any issues with staining or water absorption. I have had zero issues with my countertops since install, and they made the whole process easy. I was on a time crunch and they were able to accommodate my timeline. They walked me through how to pick the perfect granite for me, and educated me on what to exact out of the stone, and the whole process of install, and maintenance. They are some of the most personable people I have talked to in a service industry. I truly believe they enjoy what they do, and strive to deliver the best results/products. They also talked me through some design choices like what sink I was going to go with, and how many holes I wanted dropped behind it. All of which was super helpful because I have been doing a diy kitchen remodel, and those small details matter to me. I appreciate how each step of the process they make sure I was 100% on board with it. From reserving my own slab, to deciding where the cuts were going to be made. They let me play around with their computer program to make sure I was 100% happy with the seam placement. Install was quick, efficient, professional, and clean. They really go the extra mile when it comes to attaching the seam, and the work really pays off. There only issue I had the whole process was they accidentally presented me with the wrong invoice after install. They were quick to catch it back at the office though to get it corrected. But really a lot of people missed that, (the previous house they installed, the installer, myself), and the problem was fixed quickly. If I ever have countertop or stone needs in the future I will absolutely go with Stoneworx. A big Thank You to Joe, Jason, Mark, and Jeremy for such a great job. And a small shoutout to shop cat Coco! Every great shop needs a shop cat, and they have one!

I went in to Stoneworx not knowing what I wanted, and they helped guide me through the process. Once I had selected my quartz countertops someone came out to measure job to get the excact fit. Then a team came out and did the install. They were all very professional. I appreciated the communication and updates. I still smile when I see it and how updated my kitchen looks.

Frequently Asked Questions About Stoneworx

What's the difference between granite and quartz?

Quartz is a manufactured material made from crushed quartz mixed with resins and pigments to create a stone-like appearance. It is non-porous and requires little maintenance. While quartz offers a variety of designs that mimic natural stone, it is sensitive to high temperatures. If quartz becomes damaged, it is difficult to repair effectively.

What makes granite a good choice for a countertop?

Granite is a natural stone characterized by unique color patterns and veining formed through geological processes. It has superior heat resistance compared to quartz, although we recommend avoiding direct contact with hot objects. Granite is more economical to repair and provides a broader selection of material options for countertop installations.
