- GBGeoff Bilcer1 day ago5.0A/C went out on our geothermal system. Air Mechanical sent out a specialist, Albert Dao, quickly (was without our A/C for a day). Albert diagnosed and fixed the problem(s) in about 30 minutes. Excellent work. Good communication of the problem(s) and the fix. Prompt and efficient service. Great job. Thanks Albert!!!

A simple maintenance fix prevented it from being a big issue down the road. He explained kindly and clearly my options and had everything fixed in no time. It was easy to get an appt and Dyllon Olmstead was very thorough and meticulous in checking out our AC and getting it ready for the season. Luckily it was after the cottonwood had finished releasing their thousands of cotton balls and the unit outside could be properly washed. Thanks for the great service!
- DODanny OlsenJun 19, 20261.0Came on the Emergency Plumber trip charge because our pipe had blew off our sump pump and water was spraying everywhere in our crawl space. Spent no more than 20 minutes “fixing” the issue, only the have the same thing happen 3 days later with the pvc pipe he fixed again loose and spraying water. When I called the emergency line at 9:30pm on a Wednesday, they told me no plumbers were available to fix the problem they caused!! Luckily Paul Bunyan was able to come and properly fix the issue Air Mechanical couldn’t. The plumber even commented that the PVC repair was clearly done too fast and was never gonna hold long. We are very fortunate we were home and were able to prevent our basement from flooding. I will never use AMI ever again for anything.
