  Save yourself the headache and find a contractor who values integrity and is professional. I strongly advise against using this company. After completing the initial ServiceMaster restoration, the owner, Jeff, repeatedly promised an updated bid for the rebuild through his construction company. I had to call him multiple times and left multiple voicemails. Only when I had my calls show up as unknown, did he answer the phone. Not only did he fail to provide the documentation promised, but when I followed up, he became verbally abusive on the phone, shouting and attempting to blame me for his own lack of follow-through. They were quick to collect the insurance money for the first phase but completely abandoned their commitments for the second. A business is only as good as the owner’s word, and in my experience, Jeff’s word is meaningless. Extremely unprofessional behavior—look elsewhere for a company that keeps its word and doesn't gaslight people.

  We were dragged along for over a month after agreeing to work with theis company. They never showed up and wouldn't answer or return calls.
