  Both Andrew and Mark from Mark’s Plumbing were incredibly helpful in providing guidance on our basement water project. Even though the specific issue ended up being outside of their typical scope, they stepped in as an objective third party and gave me honest, expert advice. While they didn’t do any physical work today, their integrity and willingness to help absolutely won me over. We will definitely be using Mark’s Plumbing for our next actual plumbing project!

  Mark came over today and helped us figure out what our boiler was up to. He diagnosed the problem and communicated it clearly to me and my wife. Thankfully he steered clear from pushing a contract or service agreement. It was refreshing!

  Plumber was able to verify that a water softner bypass valve was defective. Plumber was able to make a bypass loop and come back to re-install the supply in/outlet lines for the homeowner. A small thing, but appreciate the time to verify the defective water softner, make a loop to give time to go buy a different suggested make/model, and then re-install the supply lines a different day.
