- PPPriscillaDec 3, 20255.0Our tankless water heater malfunctioned the day before New Year’s Eve. Unfortunately this was our source of heat and it was -20. Approve plumbing came out emergently and unfortunately we had to order a new water heater, due to the holiday it took 3 days to arrive. They lent us space heaters to try and prevent burst pipes and then worked long after normal hours once the heater came in to restore heat and replace the pipes that had frozen. All the workers were so polite and careful. They went above and beyond to help as quickly as possible. We were very thankful for them!
- MEMary ENov 17, 20215.0We have used Chuck & now Luke from Approved plumbing for several years. We get the house opened in the spring and closed up in the winter without any issues. We have had an outdoor faucet installed and indoor plumbing fixed on a house that is not standard. Luke & Chuck have always been responsive, helpful & reasonably priced. I would use & recommend them for any plumbing jobs.
