  Came by the store and was treated like family . I needed a New Washer and Dryer , it was in stock and delivered within two days due to cancellation . The installers did a Fantastic Job AAAAAA+++++

  Dropped skates off to get sharpened at 11 was told they would be done by 12:30. Came back … told me they’d be done by 3. Since it’s a 35 minutes drive for me, I had a family friend go in at 3:30 only to be told they’d done before close (6) She made a second trip back right before close for them to tell her they couldn’t get to them.

  I've had service done on two appliances by Josiah from Fergus Home and Hardware. Both times I've called for service the response has been within a day and the repair has been quick and correct. I also purchased a new range and microwave in the store and the sales staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. I'm so happy I discovered this store. We're lucky to have it in our area.
