- CCCorinainCOSep 13, 20265.0You just can't beat their service & price for what you get. I was limited with how wide I could go. Since I had a 10-12ft concrete retaining wall, the building code dept. wasn't as concerned with property line boundaries, but my yard was also only 12ft wide, so I had to work with that glitch too. A standard size shed was not possible. Plus, a crane was not possible either due to the distance from the street and front yard landscaping. They had to do a on-site build. Since they could not pre-build, everything had to be built from scratch. They also could not paint since they did not have the clearance needed to use their paint sprayer. I chose 4 windows and a metal roof with special venting for this type of roof. The team was always professional and did a great job removing their debris. They worked hard in these unusual hot weather conditions. It was a little higher than I expected, so a ramp was needed. Joshua, who does sales in their office, came over after work with the ramp, sawed off part of the door to accommodate the ramps, and re-attached the door. Now that is going above and beyond to satisfy their clients. My family has purchased 3 sheds from them throughout Farmington, and The Barnyard will always be our go to place for yard type building structures. Just finished putting the floor tiles down, and am busy putting shelves together. Will post finished product pictures.
