  Cedar Lake Electric Inc is a totally amazing company. I have used it twice and was very pleased. The most recent time here was a gentleman who fixed the electric box that had cold wind coming into the box as well as checking the outside of the house. I would recommend Cedar Lake Electric Inc.

  Had an scheduled appointment with them at 7am and nobody showed up. Called them 20 minutes after the scheduled time and the lady told me after I had been put on hold that we will be at my house in 30 minutes and she also said that I have to ask the electrician why is he late. Are you serious?? Spoke with Nate after and he didn't know why he wasn't here and that he was not aware that the electrician is not here because he gave him the info about the day on Friday. Nate said that the electrician, after they spoke with him will arrive at the office at 8am, probably around 8:30am at my house, so I have been lied again about that half hour. And Nate knew that I've been dooped by HERO also, the same scheduling problem. This companies can't get it toghether, just my two cents. I will eventually find an electrician who needs my 4-5k bussiness. I don't do bussiness or give my bussiness away to companies that lies, are not honest or are not on top of their game. The lady who answer the phone needs a lot of customer service training or she needs to go. Period!

  Worked with Cedar Lake Electric to update my electrical panel. Was impressed from start to finish. Clean work, professional electricians, and great value. Would definitely hire them again.

  We co-own a 90-year-old lake cabin and wanted to have a 'remote control' digital home thermostat installed to replace the existing thermostat. Jay and the staff of Cedar Lake Electric were very prompt, knowledgeable and professional in assessing our needs and completing the work in a timely manner. We're very impressed with Jay and his Cedar Lake Electric team.
