Bauer Restoration is an absolute lifesaver!! I highly recommend working directly with Jake Kor. This is a family run company that gives top tier customer service. I'd have zero problem recommending them anytime.

I would definitely work with Bauer Restoration again. They were able to come out immediately, while the other companies we called were weeks out. Our point of contact, Chris Pudil was amazing throughout the entire process. Once he identified the issue, he clearly explained what was happening and how to move forward. He was extremely helpful and made sure we understood every step of the process. He was also very mindful of my son’s health issues and kept me updated whenever they were cutting out wet drywall or spraying solution so I could make sure my son was out of the area if necessary. What started as a stressful mess was handled professionally and made so much simpler. I truly appreciate how communicative, considerate, and helpful Chris and the restoration team were. I would absolutely recommend them!

The overall experience was great. We had our furnace and vents cleaned and sanitized. They were very friendly and knowledgeable, explaining any questions we had. Had some tricky spots in the basements and were quick to come up with a solution to get it still cleaned in that area. Very respectful and careful of our stuff and cleaned up well after themselves. Would highly recommend!

I have nothing but praise for Bauer Restoration and the crew that came to our home and helped us through a nightmare. Chris Pudil and Sebastian Ojeda were there for us when we needed help. They kept us informed every step of the way. They were professional. They were kind and understanding of our situation.
