  Bill is not only a remarkable Master Plumber but also an Amazing human being!! He absolutely makes his customer’s satisfaction his top priority. Bill responded immediately to my call regarding a sewer backup in the basement and correctly diagnosed the issue within minutes of inspecting my plumbing. My home was built in 1891 and the “house trap” had finally failed. This was no small job as the time “trap” was installed 6 ft. below my basement floor. The excavation alone was a monumental and grueling task. Not once did Bill or his Team show any signs of frustration, even though they worked most of the days in wet and mud soaked clothes from having to dig so deep and the pit continually filling back with muddy water. In the end, Bill removed the trap and then provided a solution that was able to isolate and tie-off all of my underground plumbing, which was also in decay, to above ground and affixed to the perimeter of my basement walls. It looks Amazing and what a relief to know that in my 135 yr old home, there won’t be any future problems with my drain lines that I wouldn’t be immediately aware of and easily be able to access. Bill also has a host of specialists that he’s built relationships with over the years, those combined skill sets literally cover every single aspect of home repair and renovation. Bill utilized his Carpenter and Electrician contacts for additional work that I had requested (new bathroom sub-floor for Bill to then install my new toilet and upgrading my electrical for Bill to then install my new garbage disposal). You can be assured of Bill’s commitment to excellence, his availability and timeliness to complete, the quality of his products and materials, his fair and very competitive pricing and both a process and end result that puts you at ease and Wow’s you upon completion. I feel grateful that our paths have crossed and in knowing that any and all of my future household maintenance needs will be in the very best of hands. A very special thanks to Bill and a shout out to his supporting cast on this project, Aaron and Heidi, who represented Duluth Service Plumbing in the very best possible light, 1st class Team all the way!!!
