Had an appointment with NRH. First off, the appointment was made with ease and with plenty of time options for my convenience. The person setting my appointment answered my questions and made sure I understood all that was going to be done before I got off the phone. The Tech, Mason, was prompt, professional, and also answered all my questions before he left and advised me of the next steps. I received estimates very quickly and was given Multiple options for what I needed. Thanks NRH and Thanks Mason!

The folks at NRH were awesome to work with. We moved into a house that needed a new hot water heater and water softener. They were able to get us on the schedule fast and came out to provide great work. Trey, the technician, was super personable and great to work with. They were so great I had them come out to do a repair a few weeks later and the other tech, Mason, was awesome to work with as well. I’d highly recommend NRH Plumbing!

Timely, excellent communication. Explained everything in an easy to understand manner. Gave quotes for future upgrade to hot water tank when it was determined I didn’t need it right now.

We had a wonderful experience with NRH Plumbing! I called on Thursday about our leaking water softener, and the woman who answered the phone was incredibly friendly and helpful. She asked the right questions and worked hard to squeeze us into their already-busy Friday schedule. She called me back shortly afterward with an appointment between 2:00 and 4:00 p.m. Trey texted before arriving and was even able to come early. Within about 10–15 minutes, he figured out that cracked plastic parts were causing the leak—even though the water softener itself had been shut off. He took the time to show my husband exactly what was wrong and explain why it had happened. He then used the parts he had to build a brand-new replacement assembly and had everything fixed quickly. Trey was personable, professional, and extremely informative. He even waited for me to get home so I could take care of the payment, and the receipt was emailed immediately. From the first phone call to the completed repair, the entire experience was quick, easy, and personal. We highly recommend NRH Plumbing!
