  Thank you for your service! We lost power the very next day because Connexus had to replace the underground cable feeding us and the neighbors. The generator picked up load just fine!

  Recently Midwest Electric and Generator completed the installation of a Generac Whole Home Standby Generator and Surge Protection System for our home. The entire process was executed professionally and right on schedule. We have a 30+ year old home with considerable landscaping. Midwest did a wonderful job providing guidance on installation, including best installation location options. We are extremely satisfied and thankful for their efforts and service. Our Sales Person Jeff spent multiple visits with us as we sorted through best options. He promptly returned all my calls and inquiries. Jeff was courteous and professional at all times. Client Services Coordinator Jaci was super helpful in providing information during the specification of the system, managing our change requests, and multiple post installation activities. She was always super prompt, courteous and professional with all of my inquires. The Midwest installation team for our project: Dillon, Cole and Grant were terrific. Their expertise was very evident and they completed the job quickly (including minimizing interruption to our electrical and natural gas services), precisely and professionally. Post install and during the system test, they providing clear operating guidance regarding our system. The rest of the staff at Midwest that we had engaged with during this process has also been very supportive as well. We cannot thank Midwest enough for all that they have done!! We highly recommend their services!!

  the install and service team are top notch - the software ands app knowledge is 1980 - a joke. If you want a generator, great. If you want connectivity and an "easy button", run away.
