  Handyman Mark removed some old fluorescent lights and replaced them with new LED light panels. He did a great job and now my craft room has excellent lighting. Mark has done other work for us in the past - mounting TVs on the wall - highly recommend!

  Hired Ace Handyman to remove and rebuild two cedar timber-lined egress windows rotting and quite possible, home to mice during the winter months. I was provided multiple options using different retaining materials - galvanized steel, corrugated steel, white coated steel, fiberglass, green treated timbers, cedar timbers, or cedar tone timbers - all at different prices. Project duration was 2-3 days. We choose Cedar Tone timbers. Tom A showed up on time at 8:30am and worked until 9:00pm, only taking a well-deserved lunch break to replenish the energy needed to pull back the surrounding river rock on top to pick axe and dig out and around the original retaining wall, laydown a fresh bed of crushed rock, precisely cut the 6x6x12 beams into the required lengths, drive 10" lag bolts into the timbers to retain form and layer 8 courses of these horseshoe frames on top of each other and securing each layer by driving a 3' rebar nails he cut into the ground for stability and (3) 10" rebar nails he cut into all other courses (on each wall) using a sledge hammer to secure each course layer. Tom arrived the day at the same time to tackle the second egress window well. Finished at 7pm. Tom pitty's, and so do I, the individual that needs to rebuild these 30-40 years from now. Job well done! Will hire Ace again!

  As always, Mark O. did an awesome job power washing my plant berm, repairing my A/C PVC pipe, and several other jobs inside and outside.
