  The guys with Tectum did an outstanding job on our roof. They delivered on the date they promised, was out there bright and early, had the roof stripped and back up in same day along with repairing a couple spots. If you are looking for a company that supports us Vets and provides action versus just words, then this is the company for you. I cannot thank them enough.

  Tectum Contracting did an outstanding job on our building roof from start to finish. Luke, Mike, and the crew were professional, organized, and extremely easy to work with throughout the entire process. Communication was excellent every step of the way. They consistently checked in with us, explained what was happening next, answered questions as they came up, and made sure the work was being done right rather than just fast. The crew worked efficiently, paid attention to detail, and clearly took pride in their workmanship. One thing that stood out was how respectful they were of the property. When the job was completed, the grounds and cleanup honestly looked better than before they arrived. That level of professionalism says a lot about a company. It’s rare these days to find contractors who combine quality work, strong communication, and genuine integrity the way Tectum does. Highly recommend Luke, Mike, and the entire Tectum team.

  Mike and Luke did an amazing job with my roof, but that was a small piece of what my experience with them was. Mike spent 2 years with me going back and forth with the insurance company to help us get what we needed to do the work properly. He spent time preparing materials, gathering evidence all the while meeting me know he was going to fight till the end. He is a consistent, clear communicator and knows this space better than anyone I’ve encountered.

  After being nonrenewed by our insurance company due to our roof consisting of old cedar shakes, we knew that we needed to replace our roof immediately. With Tectum Contracting, the experience was seamless. They conducted an inspection on our roof, offered clear solutions for replacement options, and guided us to choose a roof system which met insurance requirements. They arrived punctually, were professional and courteous, and did an incredible job installing the new cedar system. It was super important to us that our landscaping and flowers were protected during the process, and they did just that. Not a single plant had damage! We were so pleased with the efficiency of their process and the quality of their work. We are very satisfied with our roof now and are glad that the insurance problem is fixed. We recommend Tectum Contracting to anyone having problems with cedar shakes, insurance companies, or roof replacement!
