  I recently had a home project and Backstrom remodeling handled all the "moving" parts with ease! The final project is wonderful and I couldn't be more pleased! Our home has a fresh look and we highly recommend Backstrom Remodeling.

  Backstrom Remodeling built a porch on our house in 2024. The porch turned out very nice and we have been enjoying spending time on it.

  Backstrom Remodeling had done remodeling work for my husband and I in our house when we wanted a bathroom remodel upstairs and in our basement. Bryan worked with us on our plans and made helpful suggestions during that process. The results were what we hoped for. Now in 2024, Bryan worked with us in doing a remodel in our kitchen in the condo we moved into. He again was helpful with suggestions and the result was much appreciated. His colleagues that work with him added a back cabinet, new counter tops, folding doors removed and saved a cupboard that was used with other cupboards. A wall of mirrors removed and walls were fixed. The pantry had storage added. I know it was a smaller remodel than Bryan is probably now used to over these years ,but he put time into meeting with us. He and his colleagues always cleaned up at the end of the day.   In early 2020, we engaged Backstrom Remodeling for the complete remodel of our first floor, which included: - new kitchen - taking down walls - removing popcorn ceiling - all new flooring - new trim - new windows - multiple design adds and changes We absolutely love the result and wouldn't change a thing. Even though we went WAY over our original budget, it was because my husband and I made additions and changes throughout the project and we are SO happy that we did. Bryan would say, "I'll do whatever you want!" and then give us the cost impact so we could make an informed decision as to whether to proceed. He is meticulous in his craftsmanship and makes sure it's done right. One of the best things is his communication--I work from home and I'm a freak of a planner, so it was important to me to know what work was scheduled for the next couple of days. It was also important to me that the guys he brought into my home were polite and professional, and that I felt safe with them there. Hands down a fantastic team. After hearing horror stories from friends and families about contractors gone bad, it was a relief to work with Bryan--he offers great ideas, is very knowledgeable, fair, works hard, and is fun to be around. We are already hoping to have Bryan do our Phase 2 (upstairs), Phase 3 (bathrooms), and Phase 4 (deck)! UPDATE: In early 2023 Bryan completed our Phase 2 and Phase 3 projects - primary bedroom and primary bathroom, upstairs hallway, and kids' bathroom. Absolutely love everything, especially the primary bathroom. Stunning! I don't want anyone but Backstrom Remodeling working on my home!
