- KCKevin Caneff3 days ago5.0We had Billy at the house on August 10. To replace a leaking outside faucet. Had to go into the wall to replace piping along with the faucet. Plus he replaced the shut off valves for both front and back faucets. New copper piping. Billy explained everything he was doing to me as he was doing his work. Definitely enjoyed is professionalism and dedicated to his craft. So far all is still working well. Thank you Billy.

He made sure all the carpet and flooring was covered when bringing in the new water heater and taking out the old one. Job well done. Glad to see a young man wanting to work a trade job nowadays. He explained the process: an overview of old water heater and recommended part needed (which I agreed), documents that would need to be signed and when I would get the documents via email, how long the install would take as water would be off and finally the Walk-through to review the new water heater and sign work completion form. He was very professional and work was completed quickly in about an 1.5 hours. Price was reasonable compared to others priced. Thank you Austin!

Ran through everything, and even explained how water heaters worked. Prices were in line with other quotes I had received. I will defintely use them in the future for any plumbing things I need.

He did a wonderful job and informed me on what he was doing, what had to be done and kept me up to date on everything he had to do and the new parts he had to add. Austin kept every thing neat and clean and showed me the completion of the job and informed me on the next steps to be taken to insure the city it was installed correctly and who to call if any thing went wrong with the new install.
