  Did an excellent job on what he did, everything but spring adjustment. This company doesn't touch garage door springs unless they are 5 years old or newer. Also, spent too much time telling me how old my door was and that repair parts would not be available. Seemed to really want me to buy a new door. Thanks for the lubrication, bolt tightening and door opener adjustment. My door is quiet and works great now. Got the Senior Tune-up.

  We were exploring the possibility of replacing the doors on our detached garage. Nothing extravagant — just quality insulated doors with higher-cycle springs and upgraded rollers. The appointment started off well enough. Cody was personable and professional. But the sales process quickly became far more elaborate and time-consuming than expected. Rather than simply discussing our needs, reviewing options, and providing an estimate, the appointment shifted into demonstrations of rollers and springs, followed by an attempt to move into a lengthy live video sales presentation with another representative. At that point, I was told the process would take another 30 minutes so we could go through and “approve” or “decline” various options together. Honestly, it felt less like a straightforward garage door estimate and more like a high-pressure sales presentation. I declined the video portion because I did not have additional time available and asked that a quote simply be sent afterward. Unfortunately, that never happened. I never received a follow-up quote — not afterward, not weeks later, not even months later. In the end, it may have worked out for the best. We ultimately found another local company that listened carefully, respected our time, and provided exactly what we were looking for: a quality product, a straightforward process, and a reasonable price. If you are looking for a simple, transparent garage door estimate without an extended sales presentation, this may not be the right fit.

  William did anvery good job. He completed the whole installation by himself, which included taking down the old door and frame and the door opener. Then he installed the new door. I was very surprised. He also installed my security cameras that came with my door and gave me instructions on how to operate the system. I gave him a 5-star rating because his work was top notch.

  First and foremost, Spencer was absolutely the best to work with. He was on time, communicative, friendly, knowledgeable and fast! If I had an opening on my team, I would 100% try to have him on the team. The job was done amazingly and we are very happy with the garage door work he performed. We have used A1 in the past and will continue to use them as needed, although given the level of detail on this job, it may be a while.

  4/23/26 12:30pm. Dillon did a great job. I received an advanced email notice that he was on the way along with his picture and a number if I had any questions. Promptly he went through and replaced the rollers with ball bearing nylon rollers and adjusted the track and there was a couple minor things on another garage door and he took care of that as well which surprised me because I had not mentioned that door when I called in. The AI computer that answered the phone at first had me worried but I've never seen such a sophisticated AI phone answering system that went through things effortlessly as though you were talking to a real person. I even interrupted and that was not a problem either. The service person was informative and did an inspection and talk to me about it made some suggestions and offers and whatever I decided was fine either way with no pressure. He was in uniform and very pleasant with a smile on his face and the company vehicle was clearly marked so that there's no misidentification of who's coming to work on your garage doors. I heard of the company on WCC radio Saturday morning where a guy comes on and answers questions about garage doors and there was a service special that I promptly snapped up
