I had two windows installed and they did a great job, very friendly and efficient. Trying to get a company to come for only two windows had proven to be difficult so I was pleased that MadCity would help me out.

Cody and Cody swept in to save the day and my scheduled install after a shaky start. I am happy with my new windows! These guys were personable, professional, skilled, clean, and made sure everything was complete and I was happy before they packed up to leave, It was an extra long day for them but they kept smiles on their faces. The initial sales pitch was lengthy but the measurement tech was friendly and I appreciate the crews they sent out for the install. Thanks Cody x2!

I could not be happier with my windows and the install experience I had with Mad City Windows! The Duluth team was so skilled and professional, but also so pleasant to have in my home today. They had to be a little creative with my kitchen window and came up with an idea quickly and executed it beautifully. The workmanship is spot on! This team cares about their work and has integrity! Thank you for bringing more light into my home!!

First, the salesman did the job very well. Talk fast and had signed contract out the door. The first visit took over 4 hours FOUR HOURS! You are exhausted and worn down by the time it’s over; the sales person kept saying “one more question, one more question, one more question. What if you were the 10,000 customer and we could give you a $10,000 discounted quote. Mind you the 2 bathrooms started at 32,000, dropped to $22,000 for one walk in shower and then down to $15,000 and then maybe $13k. Also the tub and work has a lifetime warranty for current owner and a 15 year warranty to the next buyer of the house. Kept telling I was a sharp customer, my house my money (all key phrases) I kept telling him I needed to crunch numbers since I was not comfortable paying; so I cancelled the contract.. Then the manager of sales came a few days later and I was leaving for work in 30 minutes, so because he couldn’t close the deal, called his boss and they marked my consultation as a “no save” I needed the work done and have not been able to find anyone to complete this for over a year. I wanted a walk in shower and new surround tub. The manager met with me a week later and told me the lowest they could go was $23,881 for the whole project and I financed it with a new deal. Now, the brightest part was the installer Octavio Peltz. He did the job very well, was timely, courteous, polite, and conscientious. If he didn’t finished the job he wouldn’t get paid, also if you leave a 5 star review then the installer gets a bonus. This why their ratings are so high Second, after the tub was installed I did not and do not like its appearance. I NEVER saw a sample of the tub in miniature or on any software program. I called the office and made a complaint and the operations manager was to get back to me. It was after office hours. I called the field manager in The Who said he WAS going to come out, but since I called him it could be discussed over the phone.Miles said he had to contact his boss to see if any discount could be offered. Then I spoke with operations manager Jon, who said they installed the correct measurement of the tub. “We met the contract- we met the contract- we met the contract” repeated multiple times. I was thinking of stopping the work until I felt this was resolved; the installer would not get paid unless he finished the job. Jon the manager said he “takes care of his guys” and if I stop the work they would take me to court and he wants to avoid this. He said I saw the tub, I did not, he said each are custom made, I doubt that as 32x60” is standard size. It had to be the tub I got because of ADA, “we have to meet their standards” The ADA does not certify or dictate manufacturers, but it does establish strict structural and design regulations that a bathtub must meet to be considered "ADA-compliant" in commercial or public spaces. He then said that if this was a car I just bought that I couldn’t return it. I reminded him that you have 3 days to return a car and 30 days for any issues, and that there are lemon laws, These guys operate on you bring ignorant, aggressive speech, desperation, he offered a discount and stated he had to clear it with his boss and explain it was because of my frustration NOT because they did anything wrong. Regarding the discount I asked what the price of the tub should be and he said ”$3,500 installed”. I remarked $3500.00, “yes” And you’re charging me over $11,000. He then said “Sandra, we’re not going there” I simply said that I would take a discount of the cost of the tub. He didn’t know the numbers. They do not itemize, they put on the paper bare measurements in the contract do they meet them and it would stand legally. The phone conversations are not recorded so it’s becomes a he said, they said situation. There is no contact email to cap off the conversation. As for a discount Jon said between $500 and $1000.00. BUYER BEWARE DO NOT GO HIGHER THAN $3500.00 do not let them rob you of your time and money
