Alex from Lotus Electric did a great job installing my Autel level 2 EV charger. I was working with another installer but they didn't return any of my calls or texts for over a month. Lotus Electric responded right away and had the charger installed in a week. I really appreciated that!

Lotus Electric did an awesome job completing a full rewire of my home. From the very beginning, they were timely, responsive, clear, and communicative, which made a major project feel incredibly manageable. The guys were fantastic—professional, knowledgeable, respectful of my home, and genuinely great to work with. They kept me informed throughout the process, answered my questions clearly, and were upfront about what they were finding and what needed to be done. With an older home, there are always unexpected quirks, and I really appreciated how well they communicated and worked through everything that came up. The quality of the work was excellent, and it’s a huge relief knowing the electrical system in my home is now updated, safe, and passed inspection with ease! I would absolutely recommend Lotus Electric for any electrical projects, large or small. Great communication, great crew, and great work from start to finish.
