No returned phone calls till i told them to pick up my can, no bills sent out till my bill is overdue (you cant pay online) and then I'm told my bill is 6 months overdue which is not true, it's 4 months. I'm trying to pay off my balance and they are wanting to charge me for 2 more months, then dropped it down to my current bill plus 2 weeks of service I haven't recieved. I only approved a certain amount on my credit card and they went above that amount. Not happy and will be filing a dispute with my bank and the BBB.
