- TPTraci PageApr 27, 20262.0We purchased flooring for both our home and rental properties, and the initial ordering process was smooth and easy. However, when we later called to confirm the color of a previous purchase from several years ago, we were given incorrect information despite asking multiple times for verification. Because the original color was no longer available, we went through a third party and spent over $4,000 on what we believed were matching stair treads. Unfortunately, the product was non-refundable, and the color provided to us was incorrect, so the materials did not match. When we followed up, we were told the information had not been verified far enough back in our order history, and the response we received was simply, "sorry for the misunderstanding.’" This was a frustrating and costly experience, and we will be moving our flooring purchases to another company moving forward. I would encourage anyone to double and triple check if you are reordering a product.

When they had completed the install I returned to vacuum the floors and discovered that they had been thoroughly vacuumed. Wow!
