  In March 2026, I went to Minneapolis Saw to have my lawnmower fixed and tuned up. They called me and explained that I needed a new rear wheel for my mower. Unfortunately, I was not a happy camper because I ended up calling them several times asking what was going on with my mower? "Still waiting on the wheel they said." Two freaking months I waited all because of one bad wheel. It took those guys until the end of May to replace the rear wheel and get my lawnmower back. In July 2026, I returned to Minneapolis Saw because the two rear wheels got stripped again and were no good. I only used the mower a couple times since they fixed the one stripped wheel a few months back. This time they told me they couldn't order the wheels because they are no longer in stock. They called my cell phone and left a voicemail telling me this. I requested Minneapolis Saw to get rid of the lawnmower and I will purchase a new one. Unfortunately, they did not do that. Instead, they decided to take matters into their own hands. A few days later, I called them and told me that they have the rear wheels ordered and are being shipped to Minneapolis Saw. I find this out after spending $600 for a brand new lawnmower. I am also stuck paying full price for the parts and labor for repairing the old lawnmower which ran around $226. It was clear that these folks at Minneapolis Saw didn't care about me as a customer, and only themselves. This was a horrible experience for myself because these clowns changed their story. They say one thing and mean another. The past two times seemed like I was getting the runaround. They gave me poor customer service and I don't think I will be doing business with those folks ever again. I strongly recommend customers going somewhere else for any repairs. .

  $80 to sharpen 2 rough cut mower blades. No call, no warning. It would have been cheaper to just buy new blades.

  Best lawn mower tuneup ever! Mower runs great and cuts well. Cables adjusted so mower feels brand new and engine and deck cleaned so it looks new as well.
