    Been going here almost 10 years, but now we’re fed up. I rented the plate packer for $122 for a 24 hour rental. Used the machine all of 15 minutes because the machine barely moved so we set it aside. I’ll admit, we got lost in the sauce on our project, and forgot the machine was there. Looked down at the clock and they were already closed. Showed up the next morning at 7am (hoping they’d hear me out..) and instead they smacked me with another $86 overnight charge. We won’t be back. Worst customer service I’ve seen in a long time, seems like they don’t give a shit about their clients.
