- SSShelby6 days ago5.0I had a wonderful experience with Beneath the Mantel. From start to finish, the customer service and communication were excellent. They took the time to explain what was going on with my fireplace, what repairs were needed to get it up and running, and the maintenance involved. I really appreciated how thorough, knowledgeable, and transparent they were throughout the process. It’s refreshing to work with a company that provides great service, communicates well, and genuinely takes the time to make sure you understand the work being done. I would absolutely recommend them!
- BBBill BanholzerDec 12, 20245.0Amazing dudes who know their fireplaces and how to fix them. I bought a house with a fireplace that didn't smell right when I had it running. I was referred to them, and their techs came out and solved all my problems. My tech located a gas leak in the pilot light, they replaced the part, and everything is back to working normal without the noxious smells.
