  I had Ko as my technician today as I was having issues getting my heat to run the last few days. Ko was professional and knowledgeable as to what could be causing the problem and quickly resolved and repaired it. I would highly recommend not only Hulburt as a company but keep Ko in mind as your tech. You won't be sorry!

  This was a Disaster! New Furnace -falling apart within 2 hours. Panel blew open on the A-coil, and I now have it held with duct tape (nope it didn't hold). That was 3 days ago, and nobody around to fix it. Exposed wires (I'm sure that's safe for kids). And why is it crooked with the top section with a broken seal blowing all the air in the furnace room? Google reviews deserve to have a negative rating. This is so bad. Salesman gave a great pitch. Execution sucked. Be warned: this is the quality you get, and after 3 days with no follow-up. After I've called it in, that's disheartening. FOLLOW-UP: A second technician came to fix the open panel, but failed to tape all the holes gaping air. Also found out my AC unit now does not turn on. All items that should have been verified the first time. Now I'm waiting on a third technician. Is every homeowner expected to inspect every part of the work that's done? This is ridiculous! I am now paying for another HVAC company to come out and inspect all of their work, so stay tuned for a possible second follow-up.

  The Hurlburt electrician who did our annual generator maintenance was excellent. He told me beforehand what he would do. He then inspected the generator, performed the maintenance, and ran the generator to test it. When he finished, he reviewed with me what he had found and done. He was knowledgeable, purposeful and professional . We’re very satisfied.

  My water heater started leaking late Saturday night, and Hurlburt had a technician out to my house by Monday afternoon. Matt was absolutely fantastic. After we determined it needed a full replacement, he had a new water heater delivered and completely installed within just a few hours. What really stood out was his incredible professionalism and attitude. I hovered over his shoulder the entire time to absorb some knowledge, and he didn't mind it at all. He was extremely knowledgeable in his field, held a great conversation, and cheerfully answered every single question I had. He is highly informative and clearly holds his work to a very high standard. The cost did seem a little on the high end, but everyone's gotta make money, and the fast turnaround, top-tier expertise, and absolute peace of mind were completely worth it. I highly recommend Hurlburt—and Matt specifically!
