- AMA MezaApr 4, 20235.0Excellent buying experience!! Called and talked to Ron and he answered every question with detail and patience. By FAR the best price in town but without sacrificing top quality!! Best warranty as well! Took my order over phone and made the process very easy. Called several other shops (Kinetico, Culligan, Commers) and all had similar equipment but more expensive. NONE had the same great customer service! Install scheduled just a few days later after picking system. Installation was okay, installer left a big salt mess on the floor, dropped a gasket into the salt reservoir during install that we later had to fish out, and moved the drain hose for the washing machine and didn't put it back. Next load of laundry left a big mess, but luckily we caught it. He also didn't replace the 15 year old softener drain line which is brittle and cracked so replaced ourselves to avoid future leaks. Installer needs to clean up, slow down, and double check his work. Sales and service process was SO great, still leaving 5 stars despite the sloppy installer. Very happy to be supporting a locally owner, family run company!! THANK YOU, RON AND CLEARSOFT TEAM!!! 👏🏽

I can't tell you how pleased I was to learn I could get someone to deliver salt, bring it in the house and PUT IT IN THE SOFTENER. At such a reasonable price!! I can't lift the bags and my husband had open heart surgery; obviously can't do it either. One worry off my mind. The person who delivered the salt was efficient, pleasant, helpful. I'm so grateful.
