  My husband and I have lived in our house for 17 years and decided it was time to remodel our bathroom. We went to home shows meet a few contractors and received their quotes. We were decided we need another quote so I googled bathroom contractors near us and Larson Basement & Bath came up. I looked over their website and liked everything I seen and the fact that they had estimated prices right on there for what we were looking for. I was able to scheduled an appointment right online for a time that worked for us. Shortly after I booked the appointment Kristen reached out looking to get more information and pictures to prepare for our appointment. When Luke and Kristen arrived for our appointment they both were taking notes and more pictures. We talked about what we have and what we wanted in our new bathroom. Over the next couple of days we received renders of the ideas we talked about during our appointment. Once we were close to what we wanted Luke finished up the quote and scheduled a call to go over everything in the quote. We choose to go with Larson Basement and Bath because they were personable and had a very competitive price. From there we received online access to help make selections and contact Luke and Kristen with any questions. Our project started on time as planned during the selections. Part of our bathroom remodel was to remove all sheetrock due to some surface issues. We were nervous but Luke reassured us that he has seen this before and it typically isn't as bad as it looks. During our project Luke reached out at least daily (even on weekends) to give us updates on how everything is going and what to expect next. Now that our project is complete we couldn't be happy with our new bathroom. We have two more bathrooms in our house and we will be contacting Larson Basement & Bath when we are ready to do those bathrooms.

  We hired Luke and Kristen to remodel our master bathroom and closet. The existing layout wasn’t functioning, and they helped us figure out a fantastic layout to solve ALL our problems! Essentially, we flipped the location of the closet and the bathroom, so we could have access to the bathroom from the hallway. We only have two bathrooms in our house, so it’s awkward to have a guest walk through our bedroom to use the bathroom. This was our first time remodeling a space and they made the experience enjoyable. All our questions were promptly answered, and everything was explained to us in great detail. Luke even answered some of our questions on the 4th of July! Throughout the construction process, Luke made himself readily available, which we really appreciated. Kristen was super helpful during the design process! We really appreciated the multiple 3D renderings she put together throughout the project because it helped us make design decisions. She also helped us locate a vendor for our vanity because we were struggling to find one that we liked at several stores around town. The website they used for communicating, approving design selections, and issuing payment was amazing. It helped keep everything organized, the project on track, and the project kind of on budget (YOLO). 😉 We are really impressed with the craftsmanship of everything. The results of our project really exceeded our expectations! Every team member that assisted with this project took pride in their work, and it really shows!   Luke & Kristen were great to work with for our master bath remodel! They were so willing to answer all of questions, work through permit challenges all while ensuring that the end result was better than we had hoped! Their experience and detail with lighting was a pleasant surprise - we had researched for years and they provided a better answer. We appreciated their flexibility to work with our partial work to begin and end the project. Their communication process for finances, questions, layout, etc. was above par!

  Larson Basement and Bath remodeled our entire primary bath. The bathroom is beautiful and workmanship is high quality. Luke and Kristin are great people and great communicators. The price they charged was fair and they completed the job in a timely manner.

  Working with Luke and Kristen was so easy and fun, and their communication platform really helped keep the project organized and on time and budget. They shared in the excitement of our basement remodel and helped through all the decisions - from overall design elements to offering an opinion on the product selections when asked. Their sub-contractors were friendly, tidy, and courteous, AND they did amazing work and had a few suggestions while onsite to make it even better. We absolutely love how our beachy basement space turned out and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a basement or bathroom remodel/finish.
